With epic show tunes and killer beats, this classic story is brought popping and locking into the twenty first century in an extraordinary and explosive new hip-hop musical version of The Wind in the Willows.

The Edwardian tale has been brought right up to date: it is Mole’s first day in ‘The Willows’ and her classmates look a bit scary. Surely Mr Badger will look out for her, as streetwise Rattie, rich kid Toad and cheeky Otter teach her the ways of The Riverbank. But when Toad gets locked up for joyriding, the Weasel Clan break into his, (lily), pad. It’s now only a matter of time before Chief Weasel reveals Mole’s dark secret.

The Shy Manifesto
Sun 10th Feb

7pm

17 year old Callum is proud to be shy and he thinks you should be too, because what this noisy, crazy world needs right now is a bit more self-restraint.

The Shy Manifesto is a bittersweet coming-of-age comedy drama about a shy boy who is fed up of constantly being told to come out of his shell. Tonight he is to address an audience of radical shy comrades and incite the meek to finally rise up and inherit the earth. But memories of the previous night’s drunken escapades at a classmate’s end-of-term party keep intruding, and threaten to upend the fragile identity he has created for himself.

Intronauts
Wed 27th Feb - Thu 28th Feb

8pm

In a not-too-distant future, people can buy personal cleaners called Intronauts; miniaturised human workers injected into their bodies in order to carry out essential maintenance.

Tiny submarines travelling through the arteries…what could possibly go wrong?

Green Ginger’s new show will propel audiences into a madcap, microscopic journey deep within the human body. Taking its cue from classic sci-fi movies, and fueled by absurd visual comedy and innovative puppetry, Intronauts offers an intoxicating inner body experience that is out of this world.
